Dr Sergio Peral is a registered Industrial Psychologist and Visiting Senior Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at the University of Johannesburg. He holds a PhD in Industrial Psychology, completed both his Honours and Masters degrees Cum Laude, and was awarded the Department's Top Achiever award twice. With a deep passion for people, research, and development, Dr Sergio Peral has dedicated his career not just to the science of human potential — but to unlocking it in real people, at every stage of their journey.
